A ground-up quick-service restaurant built from bare pad to a weather-tight building shell. Our crews framed the exterior walls, roof trusses and parapets, installed structural sheathing and coordinated closely with site, concrete and mechanical trades so the building moved from foundation to dried-in on schedule, ready for interior trades and rooftop equipment.
An interior renovation of an operating Food Lion grocery store in Richmond, completed in phases so the store could stay open to shoppers. Work included new wall framing and wainscot wall panels on the sales floor, reworked department and counter framing, updated back-of-house offices, break room and corridors, and careful protection of customer areas throughout.
Exterior repair work across a multi-building apartment community while residents remained in place. Our carpenters repaired and replaced damaged trim, window wraps, corner boards and siding, repaired damaged framing where needed and left each building weather-tight with clean, consistent finishes.
Improvement works at a busy rental car facility, scheduled around daily rental and return operations. The scope covered concrete surface repairs on the parking deck, exit lane and booth area upgrades, and new lane, stall and directional markings to keep traffic moving safely through the facility.
